She was predeceased by: her mother Usha Kulkarni; her father-in-law Robert Sanders; her brother-in-law Isaac Sanders; and her pet Buster. She is survived by: her husband Joe Sanders; her son Tyrone Nixon (Nicole) of Columbia; her stepchildren, Joey Sanders and Jessica Sanders; her siblings-in-law, Frankie, Dorothy, Lily Sanders, Thomas (Sharon), Leo and Marty Sanders; and her grandchildren, Tatyana, Arianna, Nathaniel and Hazel Nixon.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Freeman Mortuary (915 Madison St, Jefferson City, MO 65101). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Freeman Chapel (915 Madison St, Jefferson City, MO 65101).
