It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Sneller of Jefferson City, Missouri, who passed away on April 25, 2021, at the age of 68, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Meister and Caroline Meister (Bauer); and her brother Ronnie Meister. She is survived by: her husband Robert; her children, Rob Sneller (Christy) of Asheville and Tracie Brown (Michael) of Holts Summit; her grandchildren, Hope, Paige Sneller, Madilyn and Evan Brown; and her sister Carol Carter (Gene).
