Royal E. Speidel Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Royal E. Speidel of Jefferson City, Missouri, born in Wishek, North Dakota, who passed away on July 21, 2024 at the age of 87. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Royal E. Speidel to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gottlieb Speidel and Maria "Mary" Magdalena Speidel (Elhard); his former wife Lorrita "Rita" Smith; and his siblings, Lawrence, Walter Speidel and Iona Bauer (Norm).
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn; his children, Paul Speidel (JoAnn) and Sonja (Speidel) Greiwe (David); his grandchildren, David Speidel, Nate Greiwe (Kathleen), Daniel Greiwe (Olivia), Charis Greiwe and Ben Greiwe; and his stepchildren, Laurie Koestner (Jerry) and Donnie Watson (Chantele). He is also survived by eight step-grandchildren; and five step-great- grandchildren.
