She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Fisher and Eunice Fisher (Sitton); her husband Albert Able; her siblings, Marion Raymond Fisher, Jim Fisher and Jeanne Randall; her sister-in-law Irene Conwell; and her niece Sharon Burchfield.

She is survived by: her children, Matthew J. A. Able (Barbara) of Leawood, Michelle L. Martin (Terry) of Jefferson City and Mark G. A. Able (Anita) of Overland Park, Kansas; her grandchildren, Christopher Able (Kelsey), Allison Able, Sarah Jane Kuipers, Travis Able (Ally), Patrick Martin (Amber), Jennifer Snyder (Dillon), Daniel Able and Kevin Able (Austin Speaker); and her great grandchildren, Samuel Martin, Silas Martin, Charlie Martin, Remy Martin, Liam Snyder, Brock Able, Graham Able and Troy Kuipers.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Salvation Army, the United Way of Central Missouri, or the Capital Region Medical Foundation.
