He was predeceased by: his siblings, Julia Robbins and Ernest Testerman; and his grandson Michael Miller. He is survived by: his son Wave Testerman; his former wife Barbara Elbert; his wife Debra Testerman; his children, Lori Miller (Mike Brown) of Westphalia and Russell Testerman (Lindsey) of Culver City, California; his stepchildren, Christopher Welschmeyer (Rebecca) of Jefferson City and Robyn Brand (Jamey) of Jefferson City; his sisters, Nella Young of Corpus Cristi and Phyllis Curtis of Seneca; his grandson Christopher Miller; his stepgrandson Trent Welschmeyer; his great grandchild Alex Miller; and his nephew Bobby Martin (Judy) of Seneca.
