He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Oppenheim and Edith Oppenheim (Petersen); and his brother Charlie Oppenheim. He is survived by: his wife Marie Therese Creed; his siblings, Dennis Oppenheim (Jan) of Jefferson City, Elaine Oppenheim of Owensville, Carol Roark of Owensville and Karen Bonke (Fred) of Florida; and his sister-in-law Anita Oppenheim. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers it is suggested that expressions of sympathy may be made to the St. Martins Catholic Church.
