He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his daughter Jessica Brumley (David) of Jefferson City; his mother Irene Brumley of Jefferson City; his siblings, Linda Jefferson (George) of St. Louis, Elaine Hernandez (David) of Bonnots Mill and Mary Callahan (Richard) of Jefferson City; and his stepmother Bertha Brumley of Bakersfield. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
