It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Roberta Engelbrecht of Jefferson City, Missouri, who passed away on December 28, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar John Lorenz "Pete" and Marie Elizabeth Sommerer (Walther); her husband Richard; her brother Floyd Sommerer; her siblings-in-law, Leroy Engelbrecht, Shirley Bradley and Beverly Sommerer; and her nephews, Ryan Sommerer, Chris and Kevin Sommerer.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Engelbrecht of Columbia, MO, Brad Engelbrecht (Julie) of Jefferson City, MO and Bridget Eads of Jefferson City, MO; her grandchildren, Brittney Engelbrecht, Meagan Engelbrecht, Brody Eads, Marissa Eads (John) and Brayden Eads (AnnaBelle); her great grandchildren, Avalinn, Brayzen and Tymberlinn; her siblings, Doris Engelbrecht and George Sommerer (Pat); and her siblings-in-law, Phyllis Sommerer and Alvin Sommerer. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Immanuel Lutheran Church (8231 Tanner Bridge Rd, Jefferson City, MO 65101). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery (8231 Tanner Bridge Rd, Jefferson City, MO 65101).
