He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Miller and Novelynn Miller (Martin); his wife Judy Holloway; and his siblings, Jean Diecidue, Bud Miller, Ted Miller and Ed Miller.
He is survived by: his grandson Jeremy; his daughters, Debbie Werner (Tom) of Des Moines and Linda Bolten (Keith) of Jefferson City; his grandchildren, Joey Bryan (Kourtney), Jessica Cozart (Jeremy) and Justin Bolten (Leah); and his great grandchildren, Tatum Bryan, Cooper Cozart, Jack Cozart, Harley Bolten, Cain Bolten, Winter Bryan, Haven Bolten, Jasper Bryan and Charley Cozart.
