He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Dollar and Evelyn Cleary Dollar. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Dollar; his children, Robbin Lynn Hoffmeyer (Richard) of Aurora, IL, Matthew Brian Dollar (Rosemarie) of Jefferson, David Dollar (Tanalyn) of Hillsboro, MO, Leah Marie Moylan (Kevin) of Oakville, MO, Rachel Ann Lang (Michael) of St. Louis, MO and Jared Dollar (Lou Ann) of Jefferson City, MO; his siblings, Thomas Dollar (Gail) of Chesterfield, MO and Phyllis Renaud (Gene) of Hazelwood, MO; and his grandchildren, Stephanie Hoffmeyer, Erin Shaw, Addyson Dollar, Shannen Dollar, Alexis Wood, Jordon Allard, Clayton Dollar, Shane Moylan, Egan Moylan, Jennifer Mueller, Jessica Zelkovich, Elle Lang, Sarah Harr, Christian Blake Dollar and Jackson Ross Dollar. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
