He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Joseph and Pauline Hagan (Cattoor); his wife Marcia C. Nowakowski; his daughter Mary Beth Sherrell (Mark); his sisters, Jo Babb (Harry) and Ruth Layton (Roy); and his brother-in-law Bill Brightwell.
He is survived by: his grandson Parker; his daughter Ryan Schanzmeyer (Johanna); his grandchildren, Makayla, Nola and Brooke Wallace (Sam); his son Robert Hagan, Jr. (Sharon); his grandchildren, Lauren and Emily; and his sisters, Velma Brightwell and Sandy Greenamay (Bob). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
