He is survived by: his wife Lou Forbis; his children, Perry Forbis, Benjamin Forbis, Cindy Proctor (Danny), Sandra Forbis (Don) and Nancy Bonnot (Doug); and his grandchildren, Whitney Patterson (Jake), Daniel Proctor (Torey), Samantha Sherman, Paige Forbis, Danielle Coppola (Matt), Ashley Balentine (Brian) and Dameon Bonnot. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
