He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Maloney and Mary Mozelle Maloney (Ferguson); his wives, Shirley Jean D'Agostin and Karen Lorene Lenz; his brothers, Gerald "Gerry" Maloney and Alfred "Sonny" Maloney; and his in-laws, Donald Reece, Gale Lenz, Kenneth Lenz and Derna Prosperi (Dan).
He is survived by: his children, D. Dawn Conlisk (Dan) of Chesterfield, R. Shawn Maloney (Leah) and C. Shannon Maloney (Lisa) of Jefferson City; his grandchildren, Clark Conlisk, Clare Conlisk (Bryce Bobula), Quinn Conlisk, Connor Maloney, Alayna Maloney and Mary Kate Maloney; his close friend Marilyn Hovis; and his sisters-in-law, Gloria Reece, Marian Ann Lenz and Kathleen Lenz. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
