He is survived by: his wife Karen Cook; his children, Joseph Cook, Katelyn Townson (Tevin) and William Cook (Andrea); his granddaughter Lily Townson; his sisters, Linda Cantrell of Springfield, MO and Kathy Cook of Mountain Grove, MO; and his sister-in-law Sena Cook.
