It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Dean Bryan of Jefferson City, Missouri, born in Trenton, Missouri, who passed away on February 4, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Gentry and Helen Elizabeth Mapel Bryan; his brother-in-law Stephen Bode; and also Stephyn Mathis. He is survived by: his siblings, Charles Gentry Bryan, Jr. and Sharon "Kay" Bode (Bryan) of Jefferson City; his nieces and nephews, Libby of Jefferson City, Jerry Block of Jefferson City, Melodie Bode of Jefferson City and James Tharp of Jefferson City; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Devin, Nicole Block, Amber Block, Toas, Madison Block, John Mathis, Wardsville, Esther Tharp, Cora Tharp and Timothy Tharp of Jefferson City; his nephew Frederico Franca (Aline); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Isabella, Fortaleza and Brazil; and also, Lexi Stark, Routon of Montana, Anniston Block, Laethen Block and Griffin Block.
