He was predeceased by: his parents, John E. Dalstein and Mardel (Phelps); and his sister Linda Taggart. He is survived by: his wife Ruth (Baurichter); his great-nieces, Jessica Zurbriggen and Kimberly Lawson; and his great-nephew Tyler Zurbriggen.
