It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Badger of Jefferson City, Missouri, born in Grinnell, Iowa, who passed away on November 15, 2021, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert William and Helen Pauline Badger (Hotchkin); his brothers, Ben Badger and Bill Badger; and his grandson Kyle Badger.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene Badger; and his children, John Badger (Peggy) of Adel, Jamie Badger (Barb) of Polk City, David Badger (Tori) of Zimmerman, Vicki Heeren (Dean) of Hampton, Lori Koenen of Jefferson City, Amy Gallaher (Jamie) of Wardsville and Angie Pemberton (Richard) of Wardsville. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Cathedral of St. Joseph or Mid-Missouri Hospice.
