She was predeceased by: her parents, Elvin Olen and Mary Ellen Belt (Rhodes); and her brothers, Kenneth Belt Sr., Raymond Belt, Sr. and Robert Belt.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth; her children, Devin McCubbin (Leanna) of Jefferson City, Alanna McCubbin (Ian Manseau), Kerri Harler (Tyler) of Eldon, Taylor Belt-Hill (Rick) of Jefferson City and Athena Scharphorn (John) of Jefferson City; her sisters, Janie Glynn (Larry) and Anita Nichols; her sister-in-law Brenda Belt; and her grandchildren, Elizabeth, Kaylea, Curtis, Bentley, Elijah, Ayvah, Jeinna and John David. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Rebecca McCubbin Memorial Fund.
