He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Kelley and Alice Kelley (Jones); and his sister-in-law Kathy Owens. He is survived by: his children, Lori Kampeter (Mark) of Jefferson City and Lisa Reutter (John) of Holts Summit; his brother Richard Scheulen of Lacey, Washington; his brothers-in-law, Danny Landers (Vicki), Ron Landers (Cheri) and Larry Landers (Kim); his grandchildren, Blayde Kampeter and Brooke Reutter; his stepgranddaughter Randi Kampeter; and his stepgreat-grandson Jakeb Webber. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, family, friends.
