He is survived by: his wife Roxane Spruce Bly; his parents, Raymond Lloyd Bly and Patsy Bly; his brother Mark Bly; his niece Ashley Bernardel; his nephew Justin Bly (Avree Askren); his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lydia, John, Norah, Kaison and Oakley; his mother-in-law Ernestine Rodriquez Spruce; his brother-in-law Shawn Beryl Spruce (Brooke Brown); his niece Celeste; and his cousin Linda Turnage (Ed). He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
