He was predeceased by: his parents, Freddie Jacobs and Betty Jacobs (Deffenbaugh); his sister Susan Holzbierlein; and his brother-in-law Roger Mormann. He is survived by: his children, Josh Jacobs (Laura) and Jessica Onstott; his siblings, Rick Jacobs, Diane Mormann, Kathy Heimericks (Randy) and Carol Berhorst (Leon); and his grandchildren, Owen Jacobs, Blake Jacobs, Perry Jacobs, Hayes Jacobs, Kale Onstott, Conner Onstott and Kora Onstott.
