Barnes (Jefferson City, Missouri), born in Atlanta, Georgia, who passed away on September 27, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William S. Barnes and Eleanor M. Barnes (Ricketts); his siblings, Donna Barnes and Jeffrey Barnes; and his granddaughter Tondelaya "Laya" Westbrooks.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Josh Barnes (Toni) of Jefferson City, Jeremy Barnes of Columbia, Dale Clack (Emilie) of Jefferson City, Jennifer Adelman (Mason) of Ashland and Missy Bernskoetter of Jefferson City; and his brother Norman Barnes of Jefferson City. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
