It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Rachel Julian Lock of Jefferson City, Missouri, who passed away on July 24, 2024, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Meier and Clara Meier (Krueger); her husband Clyde T. Lock; her siblings, Clara and Edward; and her close friend Arlene Foster.

She is survived by: her children, Robbie Luebbering and Steven Lock; and her grandchildren, Amy, Aric, Geoff, Johann, Bethany and Terra. She is also survived by several great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy can be made to the Trinity Lutheran School.
