She was predeceased by: her mother Launa Rowden (Helton); her husband Daniel Medlin; and her pets, Zoe and Ellie. She is survived by: her father Wilburn Rowden; her sisters, Rebecca "Becky" Fredrickson and Sarah Miller (Paul); her nieces, Kimberly Gose and Hannah Gonzales; her nephew Scott Weber; and her pet Grace Ann.
She donated her time to many charities to include numerous veteran's organizations, the Alzheimer's Association and the American Cancer Society.
