He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Lawrence and Alma Marie Neutzler (Schrimpf); and his sister Dorothy Wegman (Leroy). He is survived by: his sister Mary Ann Neutzler; his nieces, Kathleen Wegman, Carol Meyer (Gary), Janet Chinn (Wayne) and Mary Jo Distler (Donald); and his nephew Mark Wegman (Tracy). He is also survived by two great-nieces; and five great-nephews.
Memorials are suggested to the School Sisters of Notre Dame or to Immaculate Conception Catholic Church.
