It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Patty Scarlett of Jefferson City, Missouri, born in Springfield, Missouri, who passed away on December 22, 2020, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Harper and Annalee Harper (Franklin); and her daughter Lynn Ann Scarlett. She is survived by: her husband Jerrold; and her children, Christine Kittrell (Kyle) of Jefferson City, MO. and Todd Scarlett (Nancy) of Charlotte, NC.. She is also survived by five grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the Alzheimer's Association.
