She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert West and Lillie West (Meiburger); and her siblings, John West, Roy West and Judy Mace.
She is survived by: her children, R. Duane Belk of Centertown, Jodi and Rebecca Butler (Dayton) of Milan; and her siblings, Arlin West, Lloyd West and Sherry West. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made to the American Cancer Society or charity of the donor's choice.
