He is survived by: his parents, Kayla Lynn Holtmeyer (Beshear) and Wes Holtmeyer; his brother Jett Holtmeyer; and his grandparents, Dean Holtmeyer, Dawn, David Cook, Lisa Beshear, Jeff and Kim Beshear. He is also survived by other family members and friends.
