She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto S. Atkisson and Thelma L. Atkisson (Edwards); her husband Charles A. Woodson; and her siblings, Dorothy Marshall, June Ramsey and Charles Atkisson.

She is survived by: her sons, Mark A. Woodson (Elaine) of Springfield and Matthew C. Woodson (Shelly) of Jefferson City; her grandsons, Jonathan Woodson (Allyssa), Alexander Woodson (Kyra) of Springfield and Jordan Woodson of St. Charles; and her sisters, Doris Ames and Carol Rudroff of Jefferson City. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
