She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Stollmeyer and Freda Stollmeyer (Boeger); her daughter Leanna Jean Maier; and her sisters, Hilda Stollmeyer and Erna Anderson.
She is survived by: her husband Darwin Junior "D. J."; her children, Gary Maier (Christy) of Louisville and Dr. Linda Maier Kolchin (Fred) of Huntsville, Ala; her grandchildren, Zachary Maier (Brittney), Joseph Maier (Caitlin) and Kylie Maier of Louisville, Kentucky; and her great grandchildren, Addison Maier and Zoey Maier.
