The passing of Neal Jones of Jefferson City, Missouri, born in Lincoln, Nebraska leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on March 6, 2025 at the age of 71. He was predeceased by: his parents, Graham Douglas and Donna Jean Jones (Peters). He is survived by: his wife Ann Jones; his children, Graham Jones (Andrea) of Shawnee, KS., Alex Jones (Jenny) of Columbia, MO., Sarah Hopkins (Stephen) of Fairway, KS. and Russ Nunn (Holly) of Jefferson City, MO.; his siblings, Rebecca Holder (Marcus), Debbie Thomas (late Jay), Amy Jones (Ron Richards), Suzanne Hill (Drew), Sara Brandt (Jonathan), Beth Nalker (Tony) and Dan Jones (Tracy Van Vlack); his grandchildren, Janie Jones, Miley Jones, Mikey Schweller, Lauren Schweller, Eleanor Hopkins, Jack Hopkins, Will Hopkins, Blake Nunn and Jayla Anderson; and his pets, Maggie Mae and Laney. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 28th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Wardsville Lions Club (3505 Rte M, Jefferson City, MO 65101). Visitation will be held on Friday, March 28th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 7:30 PM at the same location.
