She was predeceased by: her parent Archie Vaughn; her nephew Doug Tambke; and her stepgrandson James Turner. She is survived by: her parent Bessie Vaughn (Duncan); her sons, Danny W. Scott (Vickie) of Jefferson City, Dennis L. Scott (Mary Jo) of Rocky Mount and Donald G. Scott (Madonna) of Wellsville; her siblings, Norma Tambke (Jim) of Apache Junction and Robert Vaughn of Jefferson City; and her grandson Danton Scott.
