She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Beatrice Rose, Rosella and Jerome Maasen; her stepfather Jim Seymour; and her aunt Jane Nevins.

She is survived by: her parents, Robert Maasen and Charmaine Owens (Bruce); her children, Walter John Grace, III, Radiance Sunshine Patterson and Fierce Love Patterson; and her siblings, Casey Seymour, Sarah Seymour-Hart (Darby), Michelle Maasen and Tina Milligan. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.
