He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Barr and Lucille Kathryn Barr (Gramlich); his siblings, Delbert Barr and Nancy Barr; and his niece Renee Rowland.
He is survived by: his wife Cherie Berilla Vesser; his children, Nicholas Barr (Kari) and Katherine Morrow (Bradley); his grandchildren, Claire and Brooke Barr; his children, Bennett and Finnegan Morrow; and his sisters, Marilyn Rowland (Robert) and Joyce Nelson (David). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 6th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Trimble Funeral Homes (3210 N 10 Mile Dr, Jefferson City, MO 65109). A graveside service was held on Monday, April 7th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Jacksonville Veterans Cemetery (1479 County Rd 1675, Jacksonville, MO 65260).
