She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Carlos Rich and Mildred Bernice Rich (Schmidt); and her husband Vernon R. Meyer of Cole Camp. She is survived by: her cousins, Peggy and Susan; her former husband Gary Bruce Schwartz; her children, Jeffrey, Jonathan Schwartz and Julie Watson (Schwartz); and her stepdaughters, Clara, Teresa and Ada. She is also survived by eighteen grandchildren; and twenty-two great grandchildren.
Expressions of sympathy may be directed to Julie Watson for the family. Memorial Contributions can be made to the Jefferson City High School Marching Band in Paulette Meyer's name (known as Paulette Rich in high school).
