He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruthene Mitchell and Earnest Breckle; his wife Wendy Nichols of Fayette; and his father-in-law Nick Nichols, Sr.. He is survived by: his daughters, Nicole and Adrian; his sons-in-law, Jason Azdell and Will Harris; his grandchildren, Samantha, Tucker Mullins, Megan and Rory Azdell; his mother-in-law Retha Nichols; and his siblings, Carolyn Thompson (Mark), Nick Nichols (Leesa) and Audrey Harmon (Brian). He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
