He is survived by: his former wife Margaret Vaughn; his granddaughter Heather; his wife Cheryl; his children, Laura Faherty, Tommy Thompson (Angie), Heather Thompson (Jeremy Knapp) and Steven Meister (Julie Link); his grandchildren, Chantel Farrow, Dalton Thompson (Kennedy), Kaleb Thompson (Cianne Chambers), Adam Meister, Jude Meister and Connor Knapp; his great grandchildren, Tristan Farrow, Brooklyn Farrow and Thomas Maes Jr.; his siblings, Billy Thompson, Joyce Cassidy (Chuck) and Carol Holleman (Jim); his niece Dena Schwinke; his nephews, Shane Thompson, Rodney Holtsclaw and Derek Faherty; his cousin Vickie Bade Kirsch; his mother-in-law Doralee Gladden; and his siblings-in-law, Juanita Werner (David), Janice Wieberg (Tom) and Roger Gladden-Kvist (Tony).
