He was predeceased by: his parents, Valentine Fred and Mamie Irene Rall (Birkenbach); his wife Anna; and his son Robert Alan Rall. He is survived by: his children, David Rall (Mae) of Jefferson City, Donna Ellebrecht (Alan), Overland Park and Patricia Van Alstine (William) of Lafayette, Indiana; and his sister Ellamay Rall. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; twenty great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren.
