It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Louise Bell of Jefferson City, Missouri, who passed away on July 18, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ilde Rackers and Christine Rackers (Wimmer); her husband John Bell; her siblings, LeRoy, Arthur, Donald Rackers and Rosella Rackers; and her siblings-in-law, Grace Rackers and Darrell Bracher.
She is survived by: her sister Patricia Bracher (Rackers) of Tebbetts. She is also survived by nine nieces and nephews.
