We are sad to announce that on November 12, 2021, at the age of 95, Martha Stegeman (Jefferson City, Missouri) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Rackers and Ludvina Rackers (Prenger); her spouse Eugenius "Gene" Stegeman; her brother-in-law Herman Kempker; and her great grandchild Dakota Evans.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carol Balkenbusch (Kenny) of Linn, Wanda Cynova (Bob) of Taos, Vickie Koetting (Craig) of Osage Bend, Brenda Stegeman of Taos and Joleen Koelling (Curt) of Osage Bend; her granddaughter Angela; and her siblings, Gladys Kempker, Rita Grothoff (Wilfred) and James O. Rackers (Agnes) of Wardsville.
