She is survived by: her husband John Spann; her children, Philip Hutchcraft (Amanda), Mindy Bradley (Nathan) of Bettendorf, IA and Jarrett Eberhardt (Heather) of Sullivan, MO; her stepchildren, John E. Spann and JoAnn Spann (Rick); her grandchildren, Kait Madalone (Colton), Megan Hutchcraft, Dylan Hutchcraft, Carlie Spann, John Riley Spann, Morgan Harmon, Emily Harmon, Jackson Bradley and Morgan Bradley; and her brother John Phillips of Fresno, CA..
