She is survived by: her sister Juanita; her children, Jack (Jackie) of Kansas City, Janice (Robert) of Gainesville, Juanita (DeWayne) of Independence, Lynne (James) of Kansas City and Nadine of Ft. Lauderdale; her husband Jack; and her children, Ollisha, Leslie, Jonathan, Jordan and Jaclyn. She is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, a host of nephews, nieces, great nephews, great nieces, and friends.
