He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. James Miller and Norma Miller (Wilson). He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Russ Miller (Beth) of O'Fallon and Molly Marsh of O'Fallon; his stepchildren, Jay Schnieders (Jennifer) of Jefferson City and Sarah Farrer (John) of Naples; and his siblings, Chris Miller of Jefferson City and Matthew Miller (Christine) of Garrison. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
