He was predeceased by: his parents, Lucius F. Parker and Mary Parker (Moore); and his wife Carlene Parker. He is survived by: his sons, Douglas Parker of Jefferson City, Christopher Parker of Columbia and Andrew Parker of Jefferson City; his granddaughters, Zoe, June and Phoebe; and his sister Judy Rood of Hartsburg.
