He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Carey Bankhead Sr. and Erma Lee Bankhead (Green); and his brother Warren. He is survived by: his children, Lowell Carey Bankhead III (Christina) and Chanda Rose Lee Bankhead; and his grandchildren, Lance Christian Bankhead of Higbee and Kennedy Leigh Bankhead of Higbee.
