It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louise Oberkrom of Jefferson City, Missouri, born in Brinktown, Missouri, who passed away on August 22, 2020, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elias Fick and Mamie Fick (Brondel); her husband Chuck; her granddaughter Kristina Tucker; her siblings, Imogene and Paul; and her son-in-law Jackie Morris.
She is survived by: her children, Melvin Oberkrom (Debbie) of Dallas, Gary Oberkrom (Holly) of Jefferson City, Charlene Brown (Roger) of Jefferson City, Donna Tucker (Preston) of Holts Summit and Debbie Forrest (Bob) of Gravois Mills; her grandchildren, Shelley Walz (Steve), Bethany Huddleston (Jason), Shawn Meinhardt, Joe Martin (Jenny), Erin Larimore (Aaron), Shawna Griffin, Charles Oberkrom and Margaret Monson (Beau); her great grandchildren, Jon, Hannah, Henry, Jack, Ava, Olivia, Madison and Liam; her stepgrandchildren, Sarah Hayek, Jenn Andes, Matt Forrest and Bob Forrest; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Alexandra, Gavin and Titus.
Due to the pandemic, a private funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday, August 26, 2020 in the Freeman Chapel with Rick Yoder officiating.
