He is survived by: his children, Jessica Ann Dooley (Anthony Dooley) of Salem and Louis William Hey IV (Tameka Hey) of Edgar Springs, Missouri.; his grandchildren, Breann Hawk, Tynlee and Rhyatt Hey; and his siblings, Barbie Svoboda (Dan Svoboda) of St. Charles, Paul Hey (Pamela Hey) of Foley, Missouri and Karen Whittler (Roger Whittler) of Springfield, Missouri. He is also survived by several nieces and one nephew, cousins, extended family and many friends.
