He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruno Eiken and Bernadine Eiken (Prenger); his siblings, Henrietta Taube (Otto), Evelyn Wansing (Clarence), Louise Lehman, Josephine Kampeter (Roman), Bertha, Beatrice and Rudolph Eiken; and his brother-in-law Paul Distler.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Marie Renn; his children, David Eiken (Darla) of Taos and Leigh Ann Falter (Leroy) of Koelztown; his grandchildren, Eric Falter (Hilary), Adam Falter, Brandon Eiken (Jenny) and Chelsea Thompson (Brett); his great grandchildren, Chloe, Olivia Falter, Tydus Eiken and Dean Thompson; his sister Earline Distler; and his brother-in-law Lawrence Lehman.
