She is survived by: her children, Linda Surface (David), Danny Roush, Terry Roush (Sue), Brenda Roush and Janice Roush; her grandchildren, Scott Surface (Jen), Jennifer Chilcutt (Darin), Kelly Roush (Angel Valentin), John Roush (Lindsey), Sarah Smith (John), Daniel Roush and Katelyn Roush; her great grandchildren, Adam Surface (Laci), Jacob Surface, Louis, Alex Valentin, Josie, Millie and Gabby Roush; and her great great grandchildren, Penelope and Foster Surface.
