He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Orville and Myrtle Lee Blackwell (Copeland); his granddaughter Ashley Blackwell; and his sister Cathy Onger (Larry). He is survived by: his wife Sharon; his sons, Gregory Blackwell, Darrell Blackwell of Jefferson City and Douglas Blackwell (Kathy) of Jefferson City; his grandchildren, Dillon Blackwell, Savanna Kabatra (Mike), T. J. Parrish and Desaray Parrish; and his siblings, Lawrence Blackwell of Jefferson City, Velma Blackwell of Jefferson City and Betty Jackson of Jefferson City. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren.
